Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy

At Gospel Goodness, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns and Exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, limited edition releases, and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping:

  • We proudly offer international shipping to customers around the globe.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
  • Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

Local Pickup:

  • For our local customers in Nashville, we offer a pickup option.
  • Pickup is available on Sundays at:

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
